Founders Bios
Bill Hein
Bill Hein co-founded the Greenworld vinyl album import and distribution company and the Enigma Records and Restless Records labels. He was instrumental in signing artists like Poison, Motley Crue, Red Hot Chili Peppers, and Berlin. Bill also managed labels like Rykodisc and Caroline/Astralwerks, leaving an indelible mark on the music industry.
Fred Goldring
Fred Goldring was a founding partner of the Beverly Hills law firm Goldring, Hertz, & Lichtenstein LLP. Representing global superstars such as Beyoncé and Fleetwood Mac, Fred played a pivotal role in advancing their careers. An Emmy-winning producer, he also served on President Obama’s Committee on the Arts and the Humanities. His influence extends from the legal realm to innovative digital strategies.
Andy Zicklin
Andy Zicklin’s journey began in alternative music, breaking bands on San Francisco radio and championing unsigned artists at college stations. With a career spanning music and private equity, Andy combines his entrepreneurial acumen and musical passion to shape the vision of Flatiron and Label 51.
