Shipping in the United States
Orders ship from the US. Most orders arrive in 3 to 7 business days: we need 1 to 2 days to pack your order, plus 2 to 5 days in transit.
Shipping is a flat $9.95 per order. Orders over $150 ship free.
Shipping to other countries is calculated at checkout.
Returns
You can return any unopened item within 30 days of delivery. Damaged, defective or wrong items can be returned even if opened.
To start a return, email info@label51recordings.com with your order number and the item you want to send back.
Return shipping is paid by the customer. If your order arrived damaged, defective or wrong, we cover the return and send you a replacement or a full refund.
Refunds go back to your original payment method once we receive the item.
